Questions people actually ask
Is it really free?
Yes. Every register, module and user is free, with no trial clock and no card at sign-up. The one thing we sell is the Pro plan — the AI dashboard suite and daily backups for £99 a month — and those workspaces are what fund the platform for everyone else.
What exactly does Pro add?
Two things. The AI dashboard suite: describe a dashboard in a sentence, refine it in chat, filter by site and date, and schedule it to inboxes with PDF and Excel attached. And daily backups of your workspace. £99 per workspace per month, however many people you have.
Do contractors or external people need seats?
Nobody needs a seat — there is no seat counting. Contractors can be named as permit acceptors and sign on glass, receive RAMS packs on share links, submit documents, and check in at the gate, all without an account. When you do want them signed in, portal accounts are free like every other user.
Can I get my data out?
Always. Every register exports to CSV and every document renders to PDF, on the free plan included. If you ever decide to leave, contact support and we will provide a complete export of your workspace.
