How it works

Build the inventory
Add a substance by uploading its SDS: the AI import drafts the record — signal word, hazard statements, PPE, storage and first-aid measures — and you review and confirm. Stock locations tie each substance to the sites that hold it.

Assess the task
A COSHH assessment covers the task, the exposure routes and the controls. Publishing freezes a signed version, so the copy that was attested survives every later edit.

Control exposure
Record workplace exposure limits and monitoring results — over-limit readings are flagged, not buried. LEV plant has its own register with test dates.

Put it where the work is
Point-of-work cards give the person using the substance the page that matters: hazards, PPE, spill response and first aid — current version, one page.
