A company record with contacts, requirement checklists — built from your own templates — and the documents that satisfy them. Send an upload link; they submit, you verify or reject.

Insurance and certificates carry expiry dates and drive compliance status per contractor. An override is possible when the business needs it — with the reason on the record.

Let them in — carefully
Portal accounts confined to exactly the activities you grant. Inductions on the record. Their people can be named as permit acceptors and sign on glass, without a seat.
