Map the estate
Sites in a hierarchy that can be reorganised as the business changes. Each site carries its own timezone, so a permit issued in Warsaw is stamped in Warsaw time.

Group the people
Groups by hand, or by rule — "everyone whose role is supervisor" — kept up to date automatically as people and their details change.

Set the permissions
Administrator, Manager and Standard sets out of the box; build your own from a catalogue of fine-grained keys. The platform refuses the change that would leave you without an administrator.

Read site health
Each site’s overview carries compliance cards — permits, fire safety, risk assessments, COSHH — and clicking through lands on the register already filtered to that site.

Gate templates and features by group, site or user field, with one shared rule engine across modules.
Per-site timezones
Documents stamp local site time, because the clock follows the work — not the server.
Permissions the server enforces
Access control that lives in the interface is decoration. Here every check runs where it cannot be skipped:
- The interface hides what you cannot do; the server refuses it as well
- The last administrator cannot be removed — the platform refuses the change
- Deactivating a person takes effect immediately, not at their next sign-in
